She also helps firms create strategies for maximizing return on technology investments and driving adoption.
Chris writes and speaks nationally on topics including legal technology, client relationship management (CRM), business development, competitive intelligence, e-mail marketing, data quality and the use of technology to enhance revenue and profitability.
Before founding CLIENTSFirst Consulting in 2007, Chris worked in-house as a Legal Technologist for an Am Law 50 law firm based in Atlanta. She was also the Managing Partner of a consulting firm specializing in providing technology solutions for attorneys.
Chris received her law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA.
