Andrew serves as a senior director for HBR Consulting’s Digital Services and Analytics Practice. He has over 10 years of experience in delivering strategic, operational, and technology advice and solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments. Andrew specializes in working with clients to reimagine and modernize legal services to increase efficiency, improve predictability, enhance customer experience, and reduce risk. Andrew’s practice focuses on digital services, data analytics, knowledge management, service design, and process improvement as applied to legal practice.
Prior to entering consulting, Andrew led one of the first innovation programs at an AmLaw 100 law firm. Andrew has designed, managed, and delivered programs and projects that have been recognized by the Financial Times, ALM Legaltech News, and the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA). Andrew is a frequent industry speaker on innovation, analytics, process redesign and improvement, and knowledge management. Andrew and his work have been featured in articles from numerous media outlets, including: The American Lawyer, The Chicago Tribune, Boston Business Journal, The Lawyer, McKinsey & Company, Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, GC Magazine, and others.
Andrew has bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Andrew also holds a J.D. from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law and is a member of the Illinois bar. Andrew is currently enrolled at the University of Chicago where he is pursuing a master of science in analytics part-time.
