Ginevra Saylor is National Director, Innovation and Knowledge Programs for the global law firm Gowling WLG LLP, where she leads the firm’s innovation, knowledge management, learning and development, legal project management, client and practice solutions, and process re-engineering strategy and initiatives. In her role, she identifies and implements programs, processes, and tools that drive innovation and excellence throughout the firm and enhance the delivery of client services.
Ginevra brings over twenty years of experience building and delivering strategies for innovation, knowledge management, client solutions, technology adoption, and process improvement to her work. In previous KM leadership roles, Ginevra developed strategies and initiatives for innovation, knowledge management, client solutions, technology adoption, and process improvement and designed new projects and practice tools to leverage and build her firms’ knowledge base. She also has extensive and varied past experience as a litigator and educator, and is a frequent speaker on legal practice, innovation, legal technology, knowledge management, and related topics.
Now in her second term on ILTA’s Board of Directors, Ginevra currently serves as the Board’s Executive Vice President and is on the Diversity & Inclusion and Volunteer Leadership Task Forces. She was the ILTA 2016 Publications Shining Star Award winner and is a prolific author and blogger. Ginevra lives in Toronto, Canada, with her family.
