Angela Dowd is the Director of Practice Innovation for Burns & Levinson LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. In her current role with the firm, she works with practice groups and administrative departments to increase efficiency and streamline business processes. She seeks to identify ways to translate strategic goals into clearly defined projects that will deliver business value.

In previous roles at Burns & Levinson, Angela worked first in Human Resources, next as a Trainer, and then as the Applications Manager. These roles have given her a broad understanding of the business needs of the firm and skills to develop and implement solutions.

For ILTA, Angela has been an active member since 2006.  She currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors and has previously served in numerous volunteer leadership roles as well as speaking at the annual conference and writing for Peer-to-Peer. Outside of ILTA, she has also spoken at the Association of Legal Administrators, Legal Marketing Association, and the Law Firm Alliance conferences.
