Steve has overall profit and loss responsibility for the business, including product management and establishing go-to-market, pricing, product marketing, and customer support strategies for the suite of products. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Steve led the client support and professional services teams for TyMetrix. His responsibilities included managing revenue and retention for existing clients and leading the teams responsible for implementing, servicing and supporting new and existing clients. Steve has an MBA with a concentration in information technology and marketing from the University of Connecticut.
