Phil began his legal career as a litigation associate at a large law firm, but in the late 1990s was among the first wave of full-time US-based Knowledge Management lawyers. In his current role at Mayer Brown, he oversees a global team of practice-embedded Professional Support Lawyers as well as a central KM team, working to leverage the Firm's internal and external knowledge to build relationships and deliver excellent client service efficiently and effectively.

LeAnne holds a Master of Laws degree from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the U.S. Army War College. Brigadier General Burch was directly commissioned into the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 1986. Over the span of her career, LeAnne has held many leadership roles and has been deployed to Bosnia and Afghanistan. In 2013, Brigadier General Burch assumed command of the United States Army Reserve Legal Command in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Her awards include the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star and the Meritorious Service Medal (with four oak leaf clusters). A native of Arkansas, she and her late husband, Bobby Burch, Jr., have two children, CPT (MC) Robert (Trey) Burch, III and Katelyn Burch Busby.

He has over 30 years experience in finance, operations and management and in leading the technology efforts of a variety of organizations, including mid-sized and large law firms and a governmental law department. Mr. Caddell has a degree in management information systems, and accounting from the University of Arizona. He has held professional certifications as a CPA and certified information systems auditor. He is currently a CISSP and an IGP and working on his Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2004 he was honored as IT Director of the Year by New York based Law Technology News and in January 2009, he was further honored by Legal Technology Awards in London as International IT Director of the Year.
