Meredith L. Williams-Range is Shearman & Sterling's Chief Knowledge & Value Officer. She oversees & coordinates global strategy in master data management, conflicts, governance, new business intake, records, legal project management, knowledge management, research services and more.  Ms. Williams-Range also oversees many of the Firm's resources that allow Shearman to partner with clients and deliver cutting-edge legal tech. She is widely recognized as a leading authority in innovation, legal tech and the practice of law changes, and is a frequent presenter and author.

Ms. Williams-Range received a Bachelor's of Business Administration with concentration in Accounting followed by a Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis. She is admitted to practice in the state of Tennessee. Ms. Williams-Range is a member of the Association of Women Attorneys and the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations. In addition, Ms. Williams-Range is the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for the International Legal Technology Association. She is a recipient of the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award from the University Of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School Of Law for her volunteer work, ILTA's 2011 Distinguished Young Professional Award; ABA's LTRC's Top 10 Women of Legal Tech 2016, a 2017 Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, 2018 ILTA Distinguished Peer Award winner and 2019

Scott Wirtz serves as Nossaman’s Director of Finance, and is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Firm’s accounting function, including billing and collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash applications, general ledger, taxes, and payroll. He has more than 25 years of diverse experience in finance, accounting, marketing and information systems. He was recently the Controller for twenty seven years at an international law firm based in Los Angeles.  His concentration has been on financial management and business improvement and development, including strategic planning, financial reporting, business turnaround, mergers and acquisitions, systems implementations, new product introductions, product management, and profitability improvements.  Mr. Wirtz is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Nancy has held leadership roles in information technology, and practice support for over 25 years. In her current position, she oversees litigation technology, e-discovery and practice support services. Prior to her career in the legal industry, Nancy served in IT management roles for corporations and investment banking firms. Her strengths include consultative services and process improvement, while managing teams of people. Nancy participates in a variety of industry events and has spoken at several conferences.

John Zamierowski is the US Commercial Business Development Manager for mission critical applications, Converged and Hyper-converged Systems, Big Data, and data center switching.  In this role he positions the Cisco offering and the compelling advantages in these business critical areas.  John has concentrated on the “Internet of Everything”, how it creates Big Data and how that is driving architectural changes to IT infrastructure.   John recently was the keynote speaker at the “Big Data Everywhere” event sponsored by the Chicago Hadoop Users Group ads several SAP events on this topic.   Prior to this John held the position of Regional Data Center Manager at Cisco.  John held a variety of executive and management positions at Hewlett-Packard over his 23 years there.  John also spent 5 years in a private consultancy focused in IT integration and sales.

Before Chris’ arrival at IVIONICS, he spent 22 years guiding law firm leaders through endless innovations required to ensure exceptional client service and process efficiency. Chris managed teams upwards of 30 and budgets upwards of $10 million. He was most recently Chief Information Officer of a prominent national firm of 300 attorneys. Chris is a frequent author and speaker on legal processes, risk management, and cyber security. Chris earned his master's degree from the University of Michigan School of Information, and is Vice President of the Board of Directors of Jersey Cares.
