Daryl Shetterly is the Director of Orrick Analytics, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and helps manage Orrick's Global Operations Center in Wheeling, WV. Daryl’s passion is bringing innovation and business process to the practice of law. The Financial Times recognized Orrick Analytics for the #2 and #3 Most Innovative Product and Service in 2017 and 2018.

Daryl manages a team of 30+ tech-savvy attorneys, 100+ contract attorneys, assistants that handle project management, analysts that perform big data analysis and statistical modeling, and technologists that build bots, scripts and tools that increase quality and reduce human effort. Daryl’s team designs processes, workflows and templates that are used by dedicated project managers to deliver project plans and enable data driven budgeting and decision-making. Responsible for implementing a firm-wide Legal Project Management (“LPM”) framework to support M&S lawyers in balancing client demand for cost management with the firm’s need to achieve appropriate profitability levels. Lead the firm’s LPM initiative and related projects to drive efficiency by working directly with leadership to strengthen ability to gather data, plan, budget, and manage legal projects. Jill Sterbakov is the Information Governance Compliance Attorney at Morgan Lewis. In this role, she is responsible for implementing and directing the firm’s record retention policies for both client matter materials and firm administrative records. She provides firm-wide direction to attorneys and staff on all aspects of the firm’s data destruction and deletion routine and paper disposal. Jill communicates with Firm partners, clients, records staff, IT Department and third-party vendors to develop retention strategies that account for legal and regulatory requirements, business need, client directives, efficiency, cost and risk. She oversees adherence to the Firm’s retention policies and guidelines and provides training and education to those governed by them. Jill’s compliance responsibilities also include oversight of ethical walls for client records, legal holds and other data preservation notices, closed matter protocol and controlled data management (e.g., data requiring enhanced protection such as HIPAA materials).

Prior to her role in IG compliance, Jill was an associate in the eData practice group at Morgan Lewis. During her eData tenure, she combined legal skill and technological know-how to help clients meet regulatory and legal requirements through cost-effective risk management, eDiscovery, contract management and information governance. She partnered with clients and firm attorneys, IT, outside vendors, records management teams to provide comprehensive start-to-finish solutions for managing electronic data.

As part of her Information Governance practice in eData, Jill advised clients on records management and information governance matters, including the preparation of relevant policies and record retention schedules.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Jill gained experience in corporate litigation and securities class actions, as well as securities and corporate transactional work. She also served as an adjunct professor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where she taught legal writing and research.

Ms. Stevens began her career with the FBI in 1996 as an Investigative Specialist in the Washington Field Office.  While there she participated in sensitive Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence investigations utilizing specialized operational techniques.  In 2013, Ms. Stevens accepted a position in the Cyber Division where she established a program to enhance strategic level information sharing with the private sector.  She currently manages the program and represents the FBI on cyber matters related to private industry.
