Daryl Shetterly is the Director of Orrick Analytics, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and helps manage Orrick's Global Operations Center in Wheeling, WV. Daryl’s passion is bringing innovation and business process to the practice of law. The Financial Times recognized Orrick Analytics for the #2 and #3 Most Innovative Product and Service in 2017 and 2018.

Daryl manages a team of 30+ tech-savvy attorneys, 100+ contract attorneys, assistants that handle project management, analysts that perform big data analysis and statistical modeling, and technologists that build bots, scripts and tools that increase quality and reduce human effort. Daryl’s team designs processes, workflows and templates that are used by dedicated project managers to deliver project plans and enable data driven budgeting and decision-making. As an early adopter of artificial intelligence and machine learning, Daryl’s team uses technology to augment due diligence and drafting tasks, TAR and continuous active learning for eDiscovery, and advanced tools for concept and sentiment analysis.

Manager | Project Management & Practice Support Miles & Stockbridge P.C.
Responsible for implementing a firm-wide Legal Project Management (“LPM”) framework to support M&S lawyers in balancing client demand for cost management with the firm’s need to achieve appropriate profitability levels. Lead the firm’s LPM initiative and related projects to drive efficiency by working directly with leadership to strengthen ability to gather data, plan, budget, and manage legal projects. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Practice Management, Pricing, and Operations, involved in the formulation and application of firm pricing policy and strategy. This includes, among other things, working with the pricing team on development of LPM-supported Alternative Fee Agreements (“AFA’s”) and design and analysis of other non-standard hourly fee proposals (e.g., volume discounts, blended rates, etc.).

Alison B. Silverstein is the Managing Director of the Firm’s Discovery & Dispute Services division, based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She is a recognized industry expert in the analysis, negotiation and execution of data discovery for law firms and corporations. An experienced consultant, she has extensive knowledge of product strategy, data recovery, software development, operational techniques and recovery processes. She has provided a broad range of integrated discovery-management services to clients both nationally and internationally. Additionally, Alison has a 15 year track record of establishing and growing highly successful national business offerings for both private and public organizations, taking responsibility for development of business processes, marketing plans and new business. Margie Sleboda is as a Product Manager for the Legal Analytics division of ELM Solutions where she’s focused on how data and analytics can help organizations evaluate performance, make better business decisions, and gain a competitive edge.  Margie drives strategy and direction, identifying growth opportunities for the Legal Analytics product line. Prior to ELM Solutions, Margie was a Product Manager with Fiserv focused on digital payments, large-scale integrations and product launches. Other roles include Marketing Research Manager with Westbrook Technologies and Product Information Manager with Unisys.
Chief, eDiscovery Planning & Logistics U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission
David manages e-discovery services contracts and IT projects for the Enforcement Division at the SEC.  He started in litigation support over a decade ago by managing an effort to scan all of the paper documents for Enforcement’s investigations.  Times have changed, and his team has evolved with technology to implement a new review platform, in-source and out-source electronic document discovery processing, and handle an increasing variety of electronic data formats.

Tim has more than 14 years of industry experience, spending seven years as a consultant in the healthcare vertical market before moving to legal. He has extensive experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, including storage, virtualization, networking, Active Directory, and Exchange. He received his B.S. in Computer Networking and Internetworking, his M.S. in Technology Education, and his MBA with a specialization in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence from University of Central Missouri. Allison is the Director of E-Discovery, FOIA, and Records for the United States Department of Justice’s Civil Division.  She reports directly to the head of the Civil Division and is frequently called upon by senior Department of Justice leadership and others throughout the federal government for legal guidance and counsel on complex information management and e-discovery issues involving technology and law.  Among the recognition received for her work Ms. Stanton received the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award, one of the Department’s highest awards, in 2014 and again in 2015 for her work that led to the multi-billion dollar settlements with banks who committed egregious mortgage fraud.

Dave Steensgard has worked on attorney workflow solutions for seventeen years.  Prior to that, Dave was an Internet Strategy Manager for five years.  From 1986 to 1995, he managed various WESTLAW feature and database development projects.  Dave graduated with a law degree from Hamline Law School in 1984 and is a licensed attorney in the state of Minnesota.

Jill Sterbakov is the Information Governance Compliance Attorney at Morgan Lewis. In this role, she is responsible for implementing and directing the firm’s record retention policies for both client matter materials and firm administrative records. She provides firm-wide direction to attorneys and staff on all aspects of the firm’s data destruction and deletion routine and paper disposal. Jill communicates with Firm partners, clients, records staff, IT Department and third-party vendors to develop retention strategies that account for legal and regulatory requirements, business need, client directives, efficiency, cost and risk. She oversees adherence to the Firm’s retention policies and guidelines and provides training and education to those governed by them. Jill’s compliance responsibilities also include oversight of ethical walls for client records, legal holds and other data preservation notices, closed matter protocol and controlled data management (e.g., data requiring enhanced protection such as HIPAA materials).

Prior to her role in IG compliance, Jill was an associate in the eData practice group at Morgan Lewis. During her eData tenure, she combined legal skill and technological know-how to help clients meet regulatory and legal requirements through cost-effective risk management, eDiscovery, contract management and information governance. She partnered with clients and firm attorneys, IT, outside vendors, records management teams to provide comprehensive start-to-finish solutions for managing electronic data.

As part of her Information Governance practice in eData, Jill advised clients on records management and information governance matters, including the preparation of relevant policies and record retention schedules.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Jill gained experience in corporate litigation and securities class actions, as well as securities and corporate transactional work. She also served as an adjunct professor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where she taught legal writing and research.

Ms. Stevens began her career with the FBI in 1996 as an Investigative Specialist in the Washington Field Office.  While there she participated in sensitive Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence investigations utilizing specialized operational techniques.  In 2013, Ms. Stevens accepted a position in the Cyber Division where she established a program to enhance strategic level information sharing with the private sector.  She currently manages the program and represents the FBI on cyber matters related to private industry.

She is a certified iManage Work engineer, with a focus on cloud-based document and email management, security management and information governance. Lisa is also a Citrix certified Virtualization Expert engineer, with extensive experience in building physical and virtual desktop infrastructure, configuring application integration, group policy management, and the implementation of on premise and cloud based document management systems.
