Cybersecurity Counsel, Supervisory Special Agent, FBI Cyber Law Unit FBI
Craig was a Mechanical Engineer and a Trial Attorney before joining the FBI as a Special Agent.  He has worked Cyber intrusion matters for the FBI for almost two decades.  Craig was an operator in, and then served as the Unit Chief of, the FBI’s computer exploitation unit, the Remote Operations Unit.  He represented the FBI as a the Senior Cyber Detailee at DHS’ NCCIC where he worked with his counterparts there to coordinate joint Cyber operations and develop a streamlined cooperative victim notification procedure.  Craig pioneered the FBI’s Cyber support to US interests during the Olympic Games and drafted the first FBI’s Olympics Cyber Operations Plan.  Craig is currently an Assistant General Counsel with the FBI’s Cyber Law Unit, which is embedded within and provides operational  guidance to the FBI Cyber Division.  He is an avid gamer and enjoys bringing old pinball machines back to life.

Lida draws from more than 20 years of experience leading the technology learning experience in a variety of industries including higher education, libraries, banking, with the most recent 8+ years in law firms. Since joining Ice Miller in 2014, she has led the technology training team to expand technology learning opportunities to a variety of formats, partnered with HR to develop and rollout a learning and assessment program for secretaries, and increased usage of the learning materials and Learning Management System (LMS) by more than 200%. She continuously strives to develop a culture where attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff are empowered to learn and develop their technical skills. Gillian is an active member in the legal technology community, having served for five years as a committee member including two of those years as a thought leader for the annual International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) conference. She was a recipient of an ILTA Distinguished Peer Award in 2011 for the area of server/operations and was a shortlist nominee for the ILTA Distinguished Peer Award for IT Professional of the Year award in 2013 and the ILTA Distinguished Peer Award for Leadership award in 2014.Gillian is also a passionately involved in diversity and inclusion efforts and is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Consortium of Kansas City, the Mid-America Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and serves as a mentor in the Stephen Metzler Mentorship Program of the Chamber. Dan Pratt is a technology solutions strategist with over ten years of law firm experience. As Senior Manager of Financial Systems at Fish & Richardson, Mr. Pratt is responsible for overseeing the implementation, testing, and maintenance of the systems, procedures, and report generation processes that support firm finance and accounting functions. He serves as lead liaison and business consultant with firm management to ensure that existing interdepartmental workflows involving finance and accounting are performing at targeted service levels, and that new initiatives are managed in a way that facilitates full involvement of the CFO’s departments in design, testing, and implementation. Prior to joining the Finance & Accounting Department, Mr. Pratt was a Business Solutions Architect in the IT Department, where he worked with several departments to meet their technology requirements. He was one of the authors of the American Bar Association's amicus brief filed in the United States Supreme Court in Williams-Yulee v. The Florida Bar.
