Jay Leib is the CEO of NexLP, Inc. Before joining Relativity, Jay was an executive at Ernst & Young’s Fraud Investigative & Dispute Services practice. Jay was also the co-founder of Advocate Solutions Inc., where he invented Discovery Cracker—the world’s first shrink-wrapped e-discovery processing application. Advocate Solution had a successful exit event when it was acquired by DocuLex, Inc.

Jay’s software applications have been recognized by numerous surveys and awards in technology and e-discovery fields. As a speaker, Jay has presented on Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and predictive coding throughout the world. Jay holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College.

Dean Leung is Chief Customer Success Officer at iManage, a leading provider of work product management solutions. He has over 23 years of IT experience, most of which he has spent working with international law firms to drive efficiency, productivity and revenue generation through the use of technology.

Most previously, Dean was Chief Information Officer at Holland & Knight LLP. In his role as CIO of a Global 100 ranked, multinational firm, Dean specialized in aligning the business’ IT, and eDiscovery ecosystems with the strategic business drivers of the organization and implementing the resulting technology plan. His work in advancing technology led to the authorship of case studies, whitepapers, articles, and international speaking engagements as well as being interviewed by industry publications for his insight. In recognition of his achievements, Dean was awarded the International Legal Technology Association’s (ILTA) Distinguished Peer Award for Infrastructure Technologies.

Dean received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on networking and communications at the University of British Columbia (UBC). He holds several IT designations and was formerly a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Employed by two international law firms in Canada prior to Holland & Knight, Dean has IT experience in industries including legal, education, consulting and manufacturing.

Dean served many years as a convocation member of the UBC Senate and has been a member of a number of committees at UBC, including the Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Council, Advisory Committee on Information Technology, the Computing and Communications Rates Committee, and the Teaching and Learning Committee. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Eric oversees e-discovery efforts and technology projects for the Legal and Corporate Responsibility department of Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. Eric also works with service providers on refining methodologies to ensure a high-level of quality and efficiency. Keith Lipman is the CEO and co-Founder of Prosperoware and a recognized thought leader who is regularly asked to speak about law firm operations and the transformation of the legal services industry. Keith has been twice shortlisted as an International Legal Technology Association Vendor Thought Leader of the Year finalist. He helped form as new standards body for the legal industry, SALI, with the goal to interconnect clients and law firms. He is a frequent contributor to multiple periodicals in the legal industry and speaker.

Prior to Prosperoware, Keith work at the entity now known as iManage and when it was a public company. He was responsible for product strategy in the legal vertical and he shifted how their product fundamentally operated. The result was growing market share from 25% to 80% when he left. Keith has worked in law firms as both a lawyer and an IT director.

Keith has earned his BA, JD, and MBA from Temple University.

Michael Lipps is CEO/Managing Director of the LexisNexis Legal Software Solutions division and is responsible for the LexisNexis' Raleigh Technology & Software Center of Excellence campus located on North Carolina State University's Centennial Campus. In his role, he serves both the Legal and Professional markets, providing software workflow solutions that improve how firms manage spend management, client development and matter/practice management. He is responsible for a number of award-winning LexisNexis software applications including CounselLink, InterAction, PCLaw and more.

Mr. Lipps joined LexisNexis in 2009. Prior to that, he was with Intuit Inc. for 14 years, where he held a variety of product, marketing and business leadership roles, including General Manager, QuickBooks Financial Software.

Mr. Lipps studied Business Administration at California State University, Hayward. He is a trained Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and member of the Silicon Valley Product Management Association. He resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife and two children.

Charlotte Logullo is the Director of Practice Solutions & Research at Foley & Lardner LLP.  Ms. Logullo leads a team that is focused on improving and supporting the delivery of legal services through innovation and enhancing the value received by the Firm’s clients. Charlotte’s team leads the coordination of best practices and shared knowledge across law and administrative departments. Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, Lidia held a similar role at Seyfarth for over three years and worked as an application support analyst for over seven years where she furthered the development of their portal, client team spaces and extranets. Alan Luu is the Director of Enterprise Database services at Morgan Lewis within the Information Technology. His primary focus is the development and delivery of database technology solutions at the enterprise firm level. To accomplish this goal, he has built solid infrastructure in an ongoing effort to develop the most innovative responses to technological advancements utilizing Microsoft SQL server as the backend database system. As a proven IT executive with more than 19 years of experience, Mr. Luu possesses advanced development and infrastructure experience focused on enterprise database development and scalable architecture. He currently manages and provides database service solutions for both internal and external, stemming from small to high scale projects including Client Data Analysis, Data Warehouse, Database Administration, Business Intelligent. Mr. Luu possesses strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills combined with the background in the financial and business administration. Alan started his career as the programmer analyst and later held multiple positions throughout his career including senior database administrator, senior database architect, senior data warehouse manager, Director of database technology from various industries.
