Diana is an entrepreneurial lawyer working at the intersection of emerging tech, law and business. A startup founder with legal experience at both a publicly traded technology company and a federal government agency, as well as a technical adviser on the HBO series, Silicon Valley, Diana’s unique background lends to innovative thought. She leads a cross-functional team on firm-wide R&D of blockchain-based systems, validator nodes, smart contracts, and self-sovereign identity in order to enhance legal services for clients. Diana works with her team to assess how these technologies can add business value while mitigating legal risks, and designs new products and services accordingly. Her engagement in the blockchain space spans from performing legal research for the Bitcoin Foundation in 2014, to helping build the blockchain practice at Orrick as a corporate associate, to co-leading the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance Supply Chain group today. Finally, Diana serves as a Board Member and Secretary at Ms. JD, a national non-profit organization dedicated to the success of women in the legal profession.
