Leigh is laser focused on understanding what it takes for attorneys to jump off the bridge. In her role as a Legal Process Engineer she champions the development and deployment of innovative technologies and processes to help the firm serve its clients and create a competitive advantage. Leigh engages in deep analysis of people, process and technology to build trust, manage change and ultimately drive attorney adoption of AI-enabled or automation solutions.
Leigh has a history of change leadership. She developed infrastructure and drove process improvement for a burgeoning Sales Development division at Paycor, leading the team to consistently exceed quotas. In her fourteen-year tenure with LexisNexis, she established the first Large Legal Market telephonic consulting team and was the voice of the Large Legal Market partnering with product development for Lexis Advance beta. Leigh has earned a dozen awards for excellence in her career including the “Large Law 2.0” award for change leadership at LexisNexis.
Leigh holds her Bachelor’s in English/Certificate of Secondary Education from University of Mount St. Joseph and a Juris Doctorate from University of Cincinnati College of Law.
