Heath Harris has over 10 years of experience working with national law firms and driving knowledge management and innovation initiatives to improve the quality of legal services provided to firm clients. In collaboration with the firm’s Knowledge & Innovation Delivery and Research & Intelligence groups, Heath helps to design business models, re-engineer processes, and develop technologies designed to streamline legal operations tailored to serve the firm’s life sciences and technology clients.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Heath was the Director of Client Intake Services at another prominent AmLaw 100 law firm where he led the firm’s efforts as they related to new client development, conflict resolution, risk management and business integration functions. He also lead the development, design, and implementation of the firm's first enterprise level workflow system. In recognition of this effort, he received ILTA's Distinguised Peer Award for Technology Advocacy Professional of the Year.
Heath received his M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business. He received his B.A. degrees, cum laude, in English language and literature, and Opera Vocal Performance from West Virginia University.
