Joy directs a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers and technologists who leverage technology and advanced legal project management initiatives in support of complex and high volume engagements. She is responsible for technology selection and consultation, development of pricing models, budgets and best practices, recruitment and professional development of the lawyers and staff in her group, and management of the firm's relationships with software and staffing vendors. Joy is a licensed attorney and was a consumer of litigation support services for more than a decade before focusing her career in this area in 2010.
