Cathy oversees the firm’s business operations and is responsible for all non-legal functions, reporting directly to the firm’s executive committee. Prior to joining MCB, Cathy was the vice president and director of administration for the legal department of Chase Manhattan Bank. She has been a member of ILTA for over 20 years and has served in a variety of volunteer positions, including president and conference co-chair. Cathy currently serves on the Board of the LEDES Oversight Committee (LOC) and is active in ALA. She has been a speaker at numerous legal and technology seminars and conferences and has authored articles for publications on the same topics.
