Before packing up and heading home, we’ll convene once more to share lessons learned and ideas found.  We’ll also deliver a “tool box” full of innovation-focused exercises and activities that are custom-built for ILTACON that will help you prioritize your next steps, implement them with your team members, and identify and engage change advocates across your organization.  Finally, we’ll introduce ILTA resources to keep you connected to your problem-solving peers all year long.
