Artificial intelligence (AI) has been proven to enhance the capabilities of teams engaged in discovery and due diligence by extracting and structuring information within unstructured document collections. A core goal of knowledge management has been to structure unstructured information, for example by developing and maintaining deal and experience databases. A major challenge to these efforts has been the limitations of human labor (labor is often not available, and when it is the quality may not be as high as is required). During this session, we will hear from firms that have attempted to solve the challenge of data quality in deal and experience databases.
