Heather Reid is the Senior Director of Marketing at DLA Piper. She manages the development and deployment of global marketing and business development projects - with a critical eye on data-driven results and success. She enjoys partnering with other marketing, sales, administrative and executive team members to achieve innovative business objectives and goals and has the ability to gain trust quickly and adjust communication techniques to different audiences. One of her team's major projects in recent years includes leveraging Big Data and a predictive analytics model to service and grow law firm clients. Heather also helped develop the strategic direction of Marketing Central – a centralized, administrative marketing function located in DLA Piper’s Global Service Center in Tampa, Florida.
