Pam is a Director of Procurement for Manatt, Phelps and Phillips, LLP. Throughout her twenty year career in Procurement, Pam has worked for Motorola, Sears Holdings, AON, Holland & Knight, McDermott, Will & Emery. Bringing a wealth of knowledge from the Procurement industry with a strong focus on IT contract negotiation and construction build outs., Pam weaves in vendor partnership and creative negotiation strategies to accomplish her firm's global spending goals. Her philosophy on contract negotiation is more of a ‘honey’ than ‘vinegar’ approach; Gone are the days of ‘strong arming’ vendors and here are the days of collaboration to develop win-win relationships that go beyond the actual buy. Pam received her Master’sin Communications in 2009 and is an Adjunct Professor at Governors State University teaching classes on Management, Negotiations, and Communications for Caretakers of people with Alzheimer’s. She serves on a Legal Procurement Roundtable Committee sharing knowledge and industry best practices with other AM100 firms.
Pam lives in the Chicago area with her family and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge of Alzheimer’s via workshops in her community.
