Mollie C. Nichols’ practice at Cleary Gottlieb focuses on litigation, including antitrust, commercial and other complex multijurisdictional litigation, as well as discovery, cross-border and information governance counseling.
Prior to joining Cleary, Mollie was a partner at Redgrave LLP, a boutique firm focused on Information Law, including information governance, data security, data privacy and electronic discovery. From 2007 to 2012, she was Director of eDiscovery and Litigation Services for Goodwin Procter LLP.
Mollie has tried more than 25 cases as lead counsel. She was formerly an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Texas and a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas.
