Pamela manages Hunton & Williams’s technology training and staff professional development programs globally, across 19 offices in the United States, Europe and Asia. She has initiated and nurtured several successful programs, such as IT coaching, skills assessment, and online learning. Her lead-by-example approach has resulted in dramatically improving legal team collaboration and client service, proving that embracing technology is paramount to success in this hyper-connected world. With more than 15 years of experience educating lawyers and legal staff on the effective use of technology, as well as exceptional management and communication skills, Pamela is a valued member of the Hunton & Williams team.
