T. Roe Frazer II, is a lawyer with considerable first-chair experience in complex litigation, leveraging technology to achieve better, faster, and more predictable results. Roe is the head of Frazer P.L.C., Nashville, Tennessee, and a member of the Tennessee Bar, the Mississippi Bar, and the Alabama Bar. He has tried to verdict many complex litigation cases, being selected as Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association in 1993.
Roe was a finalist for Nashville’s 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year, per the Greater Nashville Chamber of Commerce and the Entrepreneur Center. He is a frequent speaker and writer on a variety of legal and technology topics, earning the distinction of a “Global Top 100 Legal Technology Thought Leader” by City Tech Magazine, London U.K., plus being featured in the “President’s Corner” of Law & Technology News. Roe serves on the Evolving Legal Market Committee of the Tennessee Bar Association.
Roe is the Co-Founder of Cicayda, an e-discovery SaaS, and the former CEO of CaseLogistix, an eDiscovery review software now owned by Thomson Reuters.
At Cumberland Law School (Class of 1985) he was the Editor-in-Chief of The Cumberland Law Review and Co-Captain of the National Moot Court team. He is a 1982 graduate of Wake Forest University.
