Pam is a Director of Procurement for Manatt, Phelps and Phillips, LLP. Throughout her twenty year career in Procurement, Pam has worked for Motorola, Sears Holdings, AON, Holland & Knight, McDermott, Will & Emery. Bringing a wealth of knowledge from the Procurement industry with a strong focus on IT contract negotiation and construction build outs., Pam weaves in vendor partnership and creative negotiation strategies to accomplish her firm's global spending goals. Her philosophy on contract negotiation is more of a ‘honey’ than ‘vinegar’ approach; Gone are the days of ‘strong arming’ vendors and here are the days of collaboration to develop win-win relationships that go beyond the actual buy.
