Scott Rosenberg is Managing Director and Corporate Counsel at LegalShift. He has over 25 years’ experience helping law departments identify and translate practice management needs into strategic and actionable business and technology plans. Scott’s work allows his clients to ‘do more with less’, creating improved process and organizational models to support operational best practices. He is highly skilled at developing state-of-the-art technology platforms and implementing successful change management strategies to ensure user adoption.
Scott served as Senior Manager of Legal Operations for Kraft Foods Group, Inc. and as Managing Director of Huron Consulting Group’s legal business consulting practice. He ran the corporate legal practices of Project Leadership Associates and Baker Robbins & Co.
Scott is a lawyer, CPA and certified project management professional (PMP). He is the co-author of the book General Counsel in the 21st Century: Challenges & Opportunities. Scott earned a BS in accountancy and a JD from the University of Illinois where he is an Adjunct Professor teaching a course in legal practice technology and business operations.

Mark Salamon is a Senior Product Manager at NetDocuments. Mark has almost 25 years of experience in the legal industry. A graduate of Stanford Law School, Mark began his career as an associate in the Bankruptcy Department at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher in New York; then he served as General Counsel at sixdegrees. After making a detour to become a software developer, Mark returned to the legal industry with Knowledge Management roles at both Davis Polk and Orrick, and then later joined HighQ. Mark joined NetDocuments in 2016 to provide the NetDocuments platform with a greater focus on collaboration. Mark is also responsible for the NetDocuments mobile apps, ndSync file syncing product and ndThread.

Joseph Salazar is a veteran Information Security professional with over 20 years of military and civilian experience. He is a retired Major from the US Army Reserve with 22 years in Counterintelligence, Military Intelligence, and Cyber-Security. He maintains the CISSP, CEH, and EnCE certifications, and holds a BA in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley. He currently works for Attivo Networks as a Technical Deception Engineer.

Derrick Sample is a partner at Core Legal Concepts and has been in the litigation consulting business for about 25 years. In an era when technology moves so quickly, Derrick is an early adopter who gets a kick out of keeping up. Though he generally presents himself as a graphics consultant, he likes the technology side of things just as well, if not more. When not actively doing client work, Derrick also assists with the day-to-day operations at Core while working with his favorite people on the planet.
Monica has worked in legal training for 15 years and in corporate training for 13 years before that. She is applying her coursework from the Suffolk Law Schools's Legal Innovation & Technology in her new position as McGinnis Lochridge's Applications Specialist and DMS Admin. She has been taught at the University Of Colorado's law school on three separate occasions, focusing on helping the students pass the Legal Technology Assessment by D. Casey Flaherty and Dean Andrew Perlman. Monica’s past training work with law firms was founded on the principles of candidate pre-evaluation, concrete learning plans and defined learning goals. She is a Microsoft Certified Office Master (CMOM) in six versions of MS Office, an Office Specialist in three segments of Office 2013 and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Dana Wesley Sarti was a criminal defense and construction defects attorney in a former life, but she just couldn’t abandon her inner geek. She is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (ACEDS) and has participated in every imaginable facet of e-Discovery except sales (but she is willing to serve as a cheerleader for awesome service providers and their platforms). Ms. Wesley Sarti is a past Membership Director of the DC Chapter of Women in eDiscovery and spoke on presentation panels for that organization.
Dana has been at Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber LLP since January 2006 and served as its only technology-focused staff until being named Litigation Support Coordinator in 2008 and added Information Security Contact to her official hats sometime in 2013.
