Deborah Meshulam has more than two decades of securities enforcement defense experience trying the full range of cases arising from allegations of securities law violations and related breaches of fiduciary duty.

Deborah represents clients in SEC and Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations, securities class actions and derivative lawsuits relating to claims of securities law and FCPA violations and accounting issues. She counsels clients on compliance, regulatory and corporate governance matters, including issues relating to ICOs and cryptocurrency as well as the Dodd Frank whistle blower program. She also represents clients in Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) investigations, FINRA and Exchange proceedings and in Exchange delisting hearings.

Deborah regularly conducts investigations on behalf of public companies or their audit committees, often relating to FCPA questions, accounting issues, alleged securities law violations and employee misconduct. During his time working in the London offices of two US based law firms, Pramesh oversaw new office openings in Europe and mergers. Pramesh transitioned stateside to Atlanta in 2004. Prior to coming back to Troutman in 2017, he served as Chief Information Officer at Constangy, Brooks,Smith & Prophete, LLP where he led the largest IT Transformation in the firm’s history while the firm added new offices and lawyers at an unprecedented rate.

As Chief Information Officer at Troutman, Pramesh is responsible for both technology and information services. He oversees information and technology services including information governance, research services, and information security firm wide.

Pramesh and his family are avid sports fans and spend most of their spare time either participating in or watching sports, soccer in particular. His two children have been practicing Tae Kwando for over 10 years and as a result Pramesh also got involved and earned his black belt. Pramesh and his family enjoy travelling and try to visit at least one new destination annually.
