Sarah Korth has 15 years of experience developing marketing and business development initiatives that create impact and drive growth. She currently leads the marketing, business development, and sales efforts for Littler CaseSmart, an innovative platform for efficiently managing employment litigation that was launched in 2010 by Littler Mendelson, the world’s largest employment and labor law firm. For the past three years, Sarah has collaborated with a multi-disciplinary team to launch two additional service lines of the award-winning platform that have realized significant growth. More recently, she is playing an integral role in the rollout of VirtualBinder, a “first of its kind” technology that uses automated workflow to track and manage the entire life cycle of a litigated case while informing attorneys exactly what tasks need to be completed, by whom and when. Prior to entering the legal industry, Sarah worked at a traditional marketing firm focused on developing B2B and B2C growth strategy.
