In his role as Chief Knowledge & Innovation Officer, Simon oversees innovation initiatives across the Firm. He ensures Osler effectively develops innovative thinking into practical applications for continued excellence in client service. Simon is also responsible for Firm-wide knowledge management functions and library services at the Firm.
Prior to joining Osler, Simon was a Director of Knowledge & Research Services at another Canadian firm. Simon also served as Knowledge Management Lawyer at Osler in the Financial Services Group. Before taking on knowledge management roles, he was an associate in a large firm Financial Services practice.

Jennifer Zanieski is an experienced information technologist with 20 years of experience in the legal industry. As Director of IT User Support, Jennifer is responsible for leading the design and delivery of efficient systems to enhance end user experience and satisfaction. Jennifer’s experience in the legal industry has focused entirely on the end user experience in training, support, and design of enterprise applications. Most recently, she led a desktop/laptop deployment of over 2000 devices with Windows 10, Office 365, and over 30 upgraded applications. This technology platform ensures that the firm will always be using the latest Microsoft products and that important security/software updates will be installed even if the devices are off the Troutman network.
Jennifer is an active member in ILTA (International Legal Technology Association) and was recently nominated as a finalist for their 2018 ILTA Distinguished Peer Awards Technology Training or Support Professional of the Year.

Christian serves as Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s Innovation Solutions Director for the Americas. In his role, Christian looks to combine people, process, data and technology to improve legal service delivery as well as create and scale end-to-end solutions that solve clients’ business problems. While at the firm, Christian first served as part of a traditional legal team and then managed large scale discovery projects. Since early 2012, his focus has been on identifying ways to improve efficiency while maintaining and improving quality by leveraging technology and improving work processes.
