Daryl’s passion is bringing innovation and business process to the practice of law. The Financial Times recognized Orrick Analytics for the #2 and #3 Most Innovative Product and Service in 2017 and 2018.
Daryl manages a team of 30+ tech-savvy attorneys, 100+ contract attorneys, assistants that handle project management, analysts that perform big data analysis and statistical modeling, and technologists that build bots, scripts and tools that increase quality and reduce human effort. Daryl’s team designs processes, workflows and templates that are used by dedicated project managers to deliver project plans and enable data driven budgeting and decision-making. As an early adopter of artificial intelligence and machine learning, Daryl’s team uses technology to augment due diligence and drafting tasks, TAR and continuous active learning for eDiscovery, and advanced tools for concept and sentiment analysis.

Lynn Simpson is Manager of Legal Operations for Chemours Company. She is a true process nerd and project management geek. She has over 15 years of experience in legal process management, legal project management, and operations. Lynn received her Project Management Professional certification through PMI. She is also certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She is currently focused on developing a strategic plan for the function with specific KPIs, looking at ways to better manage our legal service providers to increase the quality of service received and reduce the overall cost, and overseeing an enterprise-wide technology implementation.

Throughout her twenty year career in Procurement, Pam has worked for Motorola, Sears Holdings, AON, Holland & Knight, McDermott, Will & Emery. Bringing a wealth of knowledge from the Procurement industry with a strong focus on IT contract negotiation and construction build outs., Pam weaves in vendor partnership and creative negotiation strategies to accomplish her firm's global spending goals. She leads a cross-functional team on firm-wide R&D of blockchain-based systems, validator nodes, smart contracts, and self-sovereign identity in order to enhance legal services for clients. Diana works with her team to assess how these technologies can add business value while mitigating legal risks, and designs new products and services accordingly.
