Sean McGinty serves as the Director of Organizational Development & Learning. In his role, Sean is responsible for overseeing the design and deployment of Evolution’s AWEstruck Learning Program, including onboarding and continued development of new talent in our business units. The AWEstruck Learning Program is a cornerstone of our service guarantee of “Elevating The Guest Experience”.
Sean is a Learning & Development professional with over 20 years of experience in design, development, facilitation, and evaluation of classroom-based training, online training events and hybrid learning delivery with a full understanding of adult learning theories and international trends. Experience also includes onboarding, learning management systems, learning technology, eLearning, public speaking, workshop facilitation, analysis of training needs, project management, government compliance & cybersecurity education, and mentoring.
Always striving for innovation, Sean has helped guide companies as they modernize their learning departments, by evolving from purely instructor lead training to blended learning environments. Throughout the years Sean has spoken all over the US at conferences, local events, and podcasts on L&D topics ranging from LMS Search & Implementation to Pushing the Envelope to Drive Engagement & Retention.
